1. Service and contact
Nartot. 100 King St W, Floor 14, Suite 1405, Toronto, ON M5X 1A9, Canada. Phone: +1 416-862-8138 ext. 915. Email: [email protected]. Nartot provides business article writing and editorial review based on client-supplied information.
2. A proposal before a project
Preparing or sending an enquiry does not purchase a service. A written proposal identifies the parties, source materials, article lengths, deliverables, revisions, total price, taxes, dates, payment and rights of use. Work begins after written acceptance and completion of the agreed starting conditions.
3. Source materials and approval
Supply accurate information and obtain the necessary permissions for documents, recordings, quotations and other materials. Your team validates facts, technical or regulated claims, attribution and publication requirements. Missing or changed materials may affect scope and dates; adjustments are agreed with you.
4. Deliverables and revisions
Deliverables are editable text files, with a clean and marked version for editorial review where agreed. The package and proposal define included rounds. Each round combines comments on the approved scope. New articles, audiences, sources or substantial changes are quoted before proceeding. Errors attributable to our writing or editing are corrected without an additional fee.
5. Use and confidentiality
The accepted proposal specifies the rights and permitted uses of final work after payment. Your pre-existing materials and third-party sources retain their respective rights. Client material is used for the project; we do not publish it as a sample without authorization. Agree on a suitable channel before sharing restricted material.
6. Limits of the service
Listed scopes do not include independent research, live interviews, transcription, translation, design, publishing, distribution, image production or specialist fact verification. Publisher acceptance, placement, traffic and sales are not guaranteed. No term excludes a responsibility or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Payments and concerns
Read the Payment Policy and Refund Policy. For a concern, email [email protected] with the project reference and the issue. We seek a solution consistent with the accepted scope and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights prevail where applicable.
